Counselling is a talking therapy, often referred to as a psychosocial intervention. Your counsellor, will support you to work through your issues, in a safe and confidential environment.
Counselling can be effective for many issues such as:
stress, anxiety, bereavement, bullying, relationship issues, abuse, addictions, gambling, low self esteem, confidence problems, eating distress, depression, sleep issues, childhood problems, (this list is not exhaustive).
Our dedicated counsellors are all qualified to a minimum of Diploma level and are all registered with the professional body The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
